Chinonyelum (Nonye) Tabansi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Achieva Africa, an education talent platform focused on strengthening how educators build professional visibility, develop their capabilities, and access meaningful career opportunities. She leads the company’s strategy, platform development, partnerships, and growth, translating market needs into practical, scalable solutions for educators and schools.
Her professional experience includes serving as Growth Director at Afric Market Intelligence, where she leads growth across the broader business ecosystem, connecting product strategy, sales, marketing, and market intelligence to drive customer acquisition, commercial growth, and business expansion. Her experience spans product management, business analysis, growth strategy, market intelligence, and organizational leadership.
Before founding Achieva Africa, Nonye led Timeless Event Management and Planning, managing a team of more than 30 staff and delivering corporate events for major organizations. This gave her over a decade of experience in team leadership, client management, operational planning, business development, and service delivery—experience she now brings to building and scaling Achieva Africa.
A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nonye is passionate about education and committed to advancing the professional and economic opportunities of educators. She brings together entrepreneurial experience, commercial insight, growth leadership, and product thinking to build solutions that address real market needs. Through Achieva Africa, she is building a platform for teacher talent, professional growth, and more efficient school recruitment, with a long-term vision to strengthen Africa’s education talent ecosystem.
