Bright Chimezie Irem

Bright Chimezie Irem is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Achieva Africa, where he leads research and development, program and project management, business strategy, scaling, and innovation. He contributes to shaping Achieva’s long-term direction by developing practical programs, systems, and solutions that address the evolving professional needs of educators and schools.

His experience spans healthcare, pharmaceutical systems, climate and health, enterprise development, and community programs. As Founder and Group Managing Director of AfriPharm Medicals Group, and through his work with Climate Resource Center Nigeria, he has built experience in program design, stakeholder coordination, technology adoption, organizational development, and strategic execution. He also founded the Healthcare Leadership for Climate Action Fellowship, expanding professional learning and leadership development for health and climate practitioners.

A Mandela Washington Fellow, Bright holds a professional certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Notre Dame. His credentials also include Microsoft Certified Educator, Microsoft AI for Educators, and Google Gemini Certified Educator Level 1.

At Achieva Africa, he brings together entrepreneurship, innovation, program leadership, and technology to strengthen program quality, digital readiness, partnership development, and responsible organizational growth.
